Refund & Returns Policy
At SwarStyle, we take pride in creating unique, Indian classical music-inspired T-shirts. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
We want you to love your SwarStyle purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- All original tags must be attached
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as final sale
- Products purchased at a discount of 50% or more
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized items
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Here's what you need to know:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed
- Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
Exchanges
If you need a different size, we're happy to help with exchanges:
- Size exchanges are subject to availability of stock
- Exchanges must be initiated within 5 days of delivery
- The same eligibility conditions apply as for returns
- If your requested size is unavailable, we can offer a refund or store credit
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email
- Include clear photos of the damage or defect
- Provide your order number in the communication
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
Return Shipping
To make returns as convenient as possible:
- For returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we provide a prepaid return shipping label
- For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
- SwarStyle is not responsible for items lost in transit during return
